The DSFDC is governed by the Board of Directors, which comprises of eminent public men/ non-official directors, recognized for their services to the target group who suggests formulation of economic development schemes, mobilizing institutional credit from time to time. The DSFDC has also set up an Entrepreneur Guidance Cell at the Head Office which functions from 9.30 a.m. to 3.00 p.m. for dissemination of information vis-à-vis inviting their valuable suggestions. The DSFDC has also put a suggestion box at the HO and all its Zonal Offices. Details of five Non-Official Directors is as below:-
